About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Director who can own both words and visuals.

You will lead FREED’s design and content teams, define the creative vision for the brand,



and raise the quality bar across everything we put out — from campaigns and social content to brand communication and visual identity.

This is a hands-on creative leadership role, not a purely strategic one.

You should be as comfortable rewriting a headline, shaping a script, or refining a visual as you are developing a campaign concept or setting the broader creative direction.

We’re looking for someone who can think big, move rapid, and most importantly, get things done.

What You’ll Do
- Own the creative direction for FREED and define how the brand looks, sounds, and feels across every touchpoint.
- Lead, mentor, and grow both the design and content teams.
- Own the end-to-end development of brand identity, content, campaigns, and creative communication.
- Elevate our content from being merely functional to being distinctive, memorable, and culturally relevant.
