About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage and expand our business in the Chennai market and surrounding territories. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in bath fittings/sanitaryware sales, excellent market knowledge, and proven expertise in dealer/distributor management, team coordination, market development, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Chennai and assigned surrounding territories.
- Achieve assigned sales, collection, market development, and business growth targets.
- Appoint, develop, and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.




- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's distribution network.
- Manage and strengthen existing dealer and distributor relationships to ensure consistent business.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand market trends, competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and customer requirements.
- Develop relationships with plumbers, contractors, architects, builders, and other key influencers.
- Plan and execute dealer meets, plumber meets, retailer meets, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Ensure effective brand promotion, product visibility, merchandising, and display across the assigned territory.
- Guide and coordinate with Sales Executives/field sales team members to improve market coverage and productivity.
- Monitor daily/weekly sales performance and ensure effective territory coverage.
