Job Description

We are seeking experienced HighRadius professionals with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation, Cash Application, Collections, Deductions, and ERP integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end HighRadius implementations, business process analysis, solution design, testing, and production support.

- Gather and analyze business requirements for O2C processes.
- Configure and implement HighRadius solutions based on client requirements.
- Design and support Cash Application, Collections, Deductions, and Dispute Management processes.
- Work on ERP integrations with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Conduct SIT, UAT, testing, defect tracking, and resolution activities.
- Support go-live, Hypercare,



and post-production activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and training materials.
- Provide process improvement recommendations to enhance automation and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in HighRadius implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Experience in Cash Application, Collections, Deductions, or Dispute Management modules.
- Understanding of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.).
- Experience with UAT, SIT, Hypercare, and Production Support.
- Knowledge of SQL and data validation is preferred.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
