Position: Nursing Superintendent

MGM Healthcare is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Nursing Superintendent to lead nursing operations at our new unit in Alwarpet, Chennai.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and manage overall nursing operations and patient care services
n
- Ensure high standards of clinical nursing practice and patient safety
n
- Drive compliance with NABH & hospital quality standards
n
- Manage nursing manpower, deployment, rosters and productivity
n
- Mentor and develop nursing teams
n
- Collaborate with doctors, clinical teams and hospital leadership
n
- Monitor nursing KPIs,



audits and quality initiatives
n
- Ensure effective implementation of nursing policies, protocols and SOPs
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experienced nursing leader with solid hospital exposure
n
- Proven experience managing nursing teams
n
- Strong knowledge of clinical quality and patient safety
n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
n
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals preferred
n
