Maintenance Supervisor –

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across assigned outlets.
Ensure timely resolution of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, civil, and equipment-related issues.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance and inspections of outlet equipment and facilities.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and AMC requirements.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, AMC schedules, and service reports.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and minimize operational downtime.
Monitor maintenance-related expenses and ensure effective cost control.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company SOPs.
Coordinate with Outlet Managers,



Chefs, Operations, and other departments to address maintenance requirements.
Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent corrective measures.
Support maintenance requirements for current outlet openings, renovations, and equipment installations.
Manage and guide technicians/vendors working across the assigned outlets.

Candidate Profile
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field.
5–8 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in restaurants, hotels, retail, malls, or commercial facilities.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and general facility maintenance.
Positive vendor-management and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to travel between outlets as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
