Manager – Admissions

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead and manage the Admissions team to achieve assigned enrollment and conversion targets.
n
- Develop and execute admission strategies for UG/PG programs across assigned territories.
n
- Monitor lead generation, counseling, follow-ups, conversions, and enrollment through CRM.
n
- Drive team performance through daily reviews, funnel analysis, and target tracking.
n
- Handle high-value leads, escalations, and parent/student counseling to improve conversions.
n
- Coordinate with Marketing, Counseling, Academics, and other stakeholders for effective admissions operations.
n
- Analyze admission data, market trends, competitor activities, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.
n
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, training, and coaching.
n
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of admission funnel, team productivity, and enrollment performance.
n
- Participate in admission campaigns, outreach activities, events, and institutional initiatives.
