Job Details:
Position: Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets to uncover business insights and trends.
Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and support strategic decision-making.
Present insights during monthly and quarterly business review meetings.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reporting consistency.

Must Have:
2+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.




Robust expertise in Tableau dashboard development and data visualization.
Intermediate to advanced SQL/T-SQL and database management skills.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint presentation experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background:
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or top-tier consulting organizations is preferred.
