Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai, Gujarat & South India.

Industry: Aroma Chemicals & Perfumery Ingredients

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth through B2C sales, customer acquisition, and product promotion of Aroma Chemicals, Perfumery Ingredients, Specialty Ingredients, and Natural Oils.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Acquisition: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and market visits.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of Aroma Chemicals & Perfumery Ingredients and effectively communicate their applications and value.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Sales Presentations:



Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to clients.
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, orders, sampling, and after-sales services.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, production, dispatch, and customer requirements.
Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Prepare daily work schedules, client visit plans, sales reports, and follow-ups.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemistry or Science , with 3–5 years of relevant experience .
Experience in Fragrance, Aroma, Perfume, Essential Oils , or related industries preferred.
Robust sales, negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills .
Target-oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, and good understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Good olfactory capabilities and willingness to travel across Mumbai, Gujarat & South India .
