Experience Required:10 years
Managing large sales, telesales or call-centre teams
Driving monthly disbursal and conversion targets
Handling high-volume lead funnels
Working closely with Banks and NBFC partners
Improving Login → Sanction → Disbursal conversions
Team productivity, performance management and sales MIS

Required Skills
Strong experience in Business Loan / SME / MSME lending
Strong knowledge of Unsecured Business Loans, Working Capital, Term Loans, OD/CC, GST/ITR-based eligibility and self-employed customer assessment
Highly target-driven and numbers-focused
Passionate about building a strong Business Loan process

Preferred Skills
Candidates who have successfully managed sizeable Business Loan teams
Consistently delivered strong monthly disbursal numbers
