Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute batch production based on marketing requirements and production plans.
n
- Perform weighing of ingredients/raw materials according to batch size and prepare batches as per approved procedures.
n
- Monitor overall production processes. Sanitization of packing materials and production equipment, Clean room operations and environmental conditions, Filtration and filling processes, Steam and dry heat sterilization, In-process and final product checks, Packing, finished goods storage, and shipment activities.

- Establish, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to manufacturing, maintenance, and production processes.
n
- Participate in and document validation activities, including clean room, sterilizer, packaging, and other production-related validations.
n
- Ensure accurate completion, verification, and approval of Batch Production Records (BPRs) for each batch.
n
- Conduct internal quality audits for other divisions as per the audit schedule and participate as an auditee during internal and external audits.
n
- Ensure products are manufactured and maintained in compliance with applicable CE, ISO, and WHO-GMP requirements.
n




- Maintain effective document and data control for production and quality-related activities.
n
- Coordinate with the QA Manager to implement corrective and preventive actions related to production, quality, and customer requirements.
n
- Ensure adequate availability of raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and accessories required for uninterrupted production.
n
- Coordinate with R&D; and Quality Assurance for current product introduction, product development, and improvement of production processes.
n
- Provide training to production staff on manufacturing procedures, GMP requirements, SOPs, and other production-related activities.
n
- Perform Equipment Performance Qualification (PQ) and prepare validation protocols in compliance with GMP and applicable regulatory requirements.
n
- Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures, quality standards, and production schedules.
n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, process efficiency, product quality, and regulatory compliance.

Educational qualification: B.Pharm

n

Experience: 5 - 8 Years
