We are looking for a commercially driven Business Manager – Revenue & Retention to take end-to-end ownership of a consumer business unit, with direct responsibility for revenue, retention, monetization, and customer lifecycle growth.

The role is suited for a highly analytical and execution-oriented professional who can operate like a mini business owner—translating business targets into growth plans, making data-driven decisions, launching experiments, and driving measurable improvements in revenue and customer retention.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue and retention targets for an assigned business unit and translate them into weekly and monthly growth plans.
- Develop strategies to improve activation, conversion, repeat purchases, retention, and win-back.
- Identify and prioritize customer segments based on behaviour, engagement, value, and lifecycle stage.
- Define appropriate offers,



pricing, promotions, and messaging for different customer segments.
- Plan and execute lifecycle and CRM campaigns using MoEngage, CleverTap, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app channels.
- Develop personalised customer journeys to improve engagement, monetization, and retention.
- Design and manage experiments across offers, pricing, messaging, segmentation, and customer journeys.
- Analyse campaign and business performance to identify what is driving revenue and retention.
- Track and report key business metrics including revenue, ARPU, retention, repeat rate, conversion, and LTV.
- Use dashboards, customer data, and SQL-based analysis to identify opportunities and diagnose performance gaps.
- Partner with Product, Growth, Data, and Content teams to execute business and growth initiatives.
