This role combines creative design capability with consultative selling, requiring someone who can understand client requirements, develop compelling interior concepts, present design solutions, and convert qualified opportunities into successful projects.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of residential or commercial interiors, excellent visual and communication skills, and the commercial ability to guide clients through the design and decision-making process. You will play a key role in creating customised interior solutions while contributing directly to business growth and revenue.

Requirements

- Generate, qualify, and manage sales opportunities for interior design projects.
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences,

- Conduct client consultations and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Develop interior design concepts, space-planning solutions, layouts, mood boards, and material selections.
- Prepare compelling design presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Translate customer requirements into practical, aesthetically appealing, and commercially viable design solutions.
- Present design concepts confidently and explain materials, finishes, layouts, and design recommendations to clients.
- Prepare project estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals in coordination with relevant teams.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial enquiry through negotiation, closure, and project handover.
