We are looking for an experienced FMCG Insights & Analytics Manager to lead consumer-focused analytics and insights initiatives that support brand, commercial, pricing, distribution, and business growth decisions. The role combines FMCG/CPG expertise, Consumer Insights, Brand Insights, Analytics & Insights, People Management, Stakeholder Management, and Commercial Analytics.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to transform complex consumer, sales, market, pricing, and distribution data into clear recommendations for business and brand teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Lead FMCG/CPG analytics and insights initiatives across brands, categories, consumers, channels, and markets.
- Develop actionable Consumer Insights and Brand Insights to support marketing, portfolio, and growth strategies.
- Analyse sales, market share, consumer behaviour,



channel performance, distribution, pricing, and promotional data.
- Lead pricing and commercial analytics, including price architecture, price trends, elasticity, competitive pricing, and revenue opportunities.
- Evaluate distribution performance, numeric and weighted distribution, channel productivity, availability, and geographic opportunities.
- Identify business growth opportunities through customer segmentation, consumer trends, market analysis, and performance diagnostics.
- Build dashboards, analytical frameworks, reports, and executive-ready presentations that communicate key business insights.
- Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations and actionable business narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Marketing and Brand teams to support campaign evaluation, brand health, consumer understanding, and portfolio decisions.
- Work with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to analyse channel
