About the Role:

We are looking for an SDE 2/3 + Senior Technical Instructor – Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) to join our Computer Science Department.

This is an academic-focused technical role for professionals who bring a strong combination of DSA expertise, software engineering experience, teaching/mentoring ability, and academic depth.





The ideal candidate will have an M.Tech or PhD along with solid expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving, and Core Computer Science. The role involves teaching foundational and advanced DSA concepts, conducting hands-on coding labs, mentoring students, and preparing them for competitive programming, technical interviews, and real-world engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Course Development & Delivery
- Design and deliver engaging lectures, coding sessions, and practical labs on Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving, and Algorithm Analysis.
- Teach both foundational concepts and advanced algorithmic problem-solving techniques.
- Develop structured course content, assignments, coding exercises, and assessments.

Algorithmic Foundations
- Teach algorithmic paradigms including:
- Brute Force
- Greedy Algorithms
