About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates for an International Voice Process. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced BPO setting and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice channels
- Understand customer concerns and provide prompt, accurate resolutions
- Deliver high-quality service while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to defined process guidelines and quality standards
- Accurately document all customer interactions and updates





Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate freshers are welcome to apply
- Experienced candidates from International Voice BPO (Fintech) processes are preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach

Work Schedule

- 5 working days per week
- 2 rotational weekly offs
- Rotational shifts based on business requirements
