Office, plotted sales, land, pre-leased and yielding assets, private credit, data centres and senior living follow behind it. This seat builds the distribution network for all of it in Chennai, Coimbatore, Kochi and the Tamil Nadu and Kerala markets.

THE SEAT

Employer: Vantrock Investment Managers LLP, the investment manager within Vantrock Ventures

Reports to: Chief Business Officer, Fundraising and Investor Relations. Until that seat is filled, directly to the Founder & CEO, who will build the franchise with the zonal team hands-on

Direct reports: None at launch. A senior single-contributor seat with a very large number attached

Location: Chennai, in office, with twelve to fifteen travel days a month across Chennai, Coimbatore, Kochi and the wider Tamil Nadu and Kerala markets

Experience: 10 to 16 years
