Help create highly effective customer activation & channel motivation programs with clear ROI, which can be scaled across regions.

• Build and manage a strategic growth portfolio with clear business cases, investment hypotheses, KPIs, and stage-gate governance. Drive strategic NPI, cost chase projects.

• Identify and shape M&A; pipeline opportunities by defining strategic gaps, adjacencies, screening targets, and developing investment theses aligned with growth priorities.
