Role Description The Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer will lead the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution for Oecumenical Tech Solution OPC Private Limited in an on-site, full time capacity based in Jaipur. This role involves defining the technical roadmap, overseeing software architecture and infrastructure, and guiding the end-to-end development lifecycle from concept to deployment. The CTO will build and mentor engineering teams, establish coding standards and best practices,



and ensure that technology initiatives align with business goals and market needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with founders and cross-functional teams, evaluating new tools and platforms, managing vendor and partner relationships, and driving security, scalability, and performance across all systems. The role also includes contributing to product strategy, supporting sales and marketing with technical insights, and representing the company’s technology vision to clients, investors, and stakeholders.
