We're an AI-native customer engagement platform that helps businesses automate conversations across voice, chat, and email using intelligent AI agents.

We've shipped an initial product, have revenue traction, and are now building the growth engine that will take 8loop from early adopters → mainstream adoption.

We're looking for our first core sales hire — someone who wants to open doors, build relationships, and create the outbound engine that fuels our growth.

Why this role matters

This is not a "dial 100 numbers a day" role.

This is consultative selling, category education, and pipeline creation at the earliest stage.

You will be the first voice prospects hear from 8loop, qualifying leads, educating the market on AI voice agents, and building the foundation of a predictable sales engine.

What you'll do

Build & manage outbound pipeline

• Research and identify target accounts in BFSI, healthcare, hospitality, and real estate

• Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and other tools

• Execute multi-channel outreach: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages





• Qualify inbound leads and route them to appropriate next steps

Run discovery & qualification

• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand pain points and buying intent

• Use BANT/MEDDIC frameworks to qualify opportunities

• Hand off qualified leads to founders/AEs with detailed notes

• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking

Educate the market

• Articulate 8loop's value proposition clearly across different ICPs

• Handle objections around AI adoption, automation risks, and ROI

• Share relevant case studies, demos, and resources with prospects

Iterate on outreach strategy

• A/B test messaging, subject lines, and sequences

• Share feedback from the field to improve positioning and collateral

• Collaborate with marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness

Cross-functional collaboration

• Work closely with founders on deal strategy and account mappi
