Role Description The Manager Sales – Flex / Coworking Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for generating and converting leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing contracts for flexible and coworking office solutions. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their space requirements, presenting tailored workspace options, conducting site visits,
