Role Summary

We're looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our front-line sales team and help build our pipeline across international markets. This is a great fit for a fresh graduate or someone with up to two years of experience who wants real, hands-on exposure to global B2B sales — not just theory. You'll be identifying prospects, running outreach campaigns, and getting in front of business owners and decision-makers across Europe and the US from day one.

What You'll Do




- Identify and connect with potential clients in European and US markets
- Run targeted email outreach campaigns and build outbound pipelines
- Prospect through LinkedIn, cold calling, and other digital channels
- Set up and attend meetings with international business owners and prospects
- Build and nurture early-stage relationships with global leads
- Research companies and industries to spot high-potential opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records — contacts, activity notes, opportunity stages
- Work closely with marketing and leadership to align outreach with campaigns and messaging
- Follow up consistently through structured nurture and re-engagement cadences
- Share market feedback to help sharpen messaging and targeting over time
