Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in target markets. This full time, on-site role based in Chennai involves researching potential clients, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and negotiating commercial terms in coordination with internal teams.



The role includes tracking market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and collaborating with project, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment between client needs and company capabilities. The Business Development Manager will also manage a pipeline of opportunities, maintain accurate records in CRM or sales systems, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership.
