What are we looking for





We are looking for an experienced Finance & Commercial Operations Lead with 7+ years of hands-on expertise to manage end-to-end commercial operations, contract management, project tracking, and financial workflows. In this role, you will act as a crucial bridge between Finance, Legal, and Project Delivery teams, owning client contracts, monitoring project delivery milestones, eliminating revenue leakage, driving timely invoicing, and supporting core accounting and financial governance functions.

Responsibilities

Commercial Contract & SoW Management
- Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, evaluate, and finalize Statements of Work (SoWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Change Requests (CRs) in alignment with legal and commercial guidelines.
- Commercial Terms Alignment: Ensure payment terms, milestone structures, billing schedules, and liability clauses are clearly defined before execution.
- Contract Repository & Lifecycle: Maintain an organized central repos
