Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Manager to lead our Generic & OTC business across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the field team, developing market presence, and achieving business targets across the assigned zone.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business growth for the Generic & OTC Division across Gujarat, MP & Chhattisgarh.
- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team across the assigned territory.
- Set territory-wise targets and monitor team performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and product movement.




- Ensure effective product distribution and availability across the zone.
- Conduct regular field visits and review territory performance.
- Coordinate with HO and other departments for smooth business operations.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates with management.
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies and sales initiatives.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Pharma/FMCG/OTC/Generic sales.
- Prior experience handling a large geographical zone is preferred.
- Strong experience in team handling, distributor management, and business development.
- Positive knowledge of the Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh markets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
