About the role

Lead the design, configuration, testing, and stabilization of SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) within an S/4HANA setting, leveraging deep finance and accounting expertise.

Key responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end implementation of FPSL solutions tailored to financial services industry requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with financial accounting and sub-ledger reconciliation processes.
- Support testing phases and oversee issue resolution to stabilize the FPSL solution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting standards such as IFRS 9/17 and US GAAP.
- Provide guidance and leadership to technical teams during configuration and deployment activities.

Required skills and experience
- 8 to 10 years of relevant SAP FPSL implementation experience in financial services.




- Strong background in finance, accounting, and sub-ledger reconciliation processes.
- Expertise with S/4HANA platform and SAP FPSL module configuration.
- Understanding of financial regulatory frameworks including IFRS 9/17 and US GAAP.
- Proven ability to lead testing and stabilization efforts for complex financial software solutions.

Nice to have
- Experience working with diverse financial products and instruments in a subledger context.
- Familiarity with other SAP finance modules and integration points.
- Previous leadership experience in SAP consulting projects.
