Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Handle corporate interior and managed office design projects from concept to execution.
/n
- Understand client requirements and develop functional workplace design solutions.
/n
- Prepare test fits, space plans, layouts, mood boards and design presentations.
/n
- Create and review 2D drawings, detailed drawings, elevations, sections and GFC drawings.
/n
- Develop and review 3D models, renders and walkthroughs.
/n
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
/n
- Work closely with Sales, Projects, MEP, QS and Procurement teams.
/n
- Conduct site visits for due diligence,



measurements and design coordination.
/n
- Ensure designs meet approved budgets, timelines and quality standards.
/n
- Resolve technical and design-related issues during project execution.
/n
- Support material, furniture and finish selection.
/n
- Guide junior designers and manage design deliverables.
/n
