Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT retail positions across PAN India.
Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts.
Ensure candidates join successfully and provide post-joining follow-up.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for recurring retail requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
