- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and guide service technicians and stakeholders.
- Conduct soft skills training programs for service teams to improve customer handling, professionalism, and communication.
- Provide product training sessions to ensure technicians have complete technical knowledge of products and installation standards.
- Ensure Window Master Certification for all service technicians through structured training and assessment programs.
- Conduct regular site audits, submit detailed observations/reports, and prepare training plans based on identified gaps
- Coordinate with the Quality and Product Development teams to share field findings and update corrective action plans with the service team.
- Visit escalated customer sites, prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
- Develop and prepare training content, SOPs, presentations, manuals, and learning materials for service teams.
- Possess robust presentation and slide preparation skills for conducting effective training sessions and management reviews.
