Hiring: Personal Assistant

Accurate Group of Institutions is looking for a highly organised, responsible and skilled Personal Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings and calendars
n
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
n
- Draft emails, letters, notices, presentations and official correspondence
n
- Prepare meeting agendas and record Minutes of Meetings
n
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
n
- Maintain confidential records, documents and management information
n
- Handle telephone calls, messages and visitors professionally
n
- Organise travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required
n
- Prepare reports, trackers and daily work updates
n
- Manage reminders, deadlines and priority assignments
n
- Provide general administrative support to senior management
n

Candidate Requirements:

n

n
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar role
n
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in any discipline
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong follow-up, coordination and time-management abilities
n
- Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting and documentation
n
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
n
- Professional appearance and interpersonal skills
n
- High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
n
- Experience in an educational institution will be preferred
n
- Must be comfortable commuting to Greater Noida daily
n
- Candidates residing nearby or willing to relocate will be preferred
n
