Position Overview

The Pricing Leader will develop and execute pricing strategies to drive profitability and competitiveness. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective pricing decisions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement global pricing strategies aligned with company goals. - Lead a team of pricing professionals for continuous improvement. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis. - Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing,



and product teams. - Drive customer negotiations and optimize pricing agreements. - Monitor and analyze pricing performance to maximize profitability. - Maintain pricing models, tools, and systems. - Provide leadership on pricing best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. - Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and commercial leadership. - Experience in IT/ITES industry, especially in pricing leadership roles. - Proven track record in customer negotiations and pricing strategies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Experience with pricing tools and software is preferred.

Understanding of global markets and pricing dynamics. - Ability to work in a quick-paced, agile workplace. - Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. - Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving. - Ability to lead complex projects across diverse teams.
