The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Inside Sales who enjoys speaking with people, understands the basics of sales and is confident initiating conversations with entrepreneurs and business owners.

This is not a back-office calling role.

You will be responsible for finding prospects, starting conversations, understanding their business interests, selling relevant products, following up and creating opportunities for BROC's coaching and consulting services.





The role combines cold calling, warm lead conversion, relationship building, book sales and business development.

What You Will Do

Build the Pipeline
- Identify potential entrepreneurs, business owners, founders and professionals through databases, LinkedIn and other prospecting channels.
- Make outbound calls to relevant prospects and create current sales conversations.
- Research prospects and companies to identify relevant business opportunities.

Convert Warm Opportunities
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest through Email, WhatsApp, Google Forms, Meta campaigns, LinkedIn and other marketing activities.
- Understand their interest and move the conversation towards a sale or business discussion.
- Maintain timely and consistent follow-ups.

Sell & Create Opportunities
- Introduce and sell BROC's business books — The Business Framework and Business Alchemy.
- Understand a prospect's business
