About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Shop on Video Call Executive who can interact with customers over video calls, understand their requirements, and effectively explain and demonstrate our products.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct video calls with customers and understand their requirements.
/n
- Explain product features, benefits, usage, and pricing clearly over video calls.
/n
- Demonstrate products virtually and help customers make informed purchase decisions.
/n
- Handle customer queries and provide a smooth buying experience.
/n
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
/n

Requirements

/n

/n
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, telecalling, or customer service.
/n
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
/n
- Comfortable and confident while speaking on video calls.
/n
- Good product presentation and convincing skills.
/n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
/n
- Immediate / Quick Joiners preferred.
