JOB SUMMARY:

As a Senior Project Coordinator within our Project Management Office (PMO), you will act as the operational backbone for active satellite manufacturing and mission delivery cycles.



Partnering directly with Project Managers and engineering leads, you will drive execution discipline, eliminate cross-functional bottlenecks, and ensure mission milestones transition seamlessly from CAD models to cleanroom assembly and launch manifests.

Your core operational mandate is predictability: maintaining airtight milestone tracking, accelerating internal procurement loops, and ensuring documentation meets rigorous aerospace standards. In this role, your success will be measured by on-time milestone delivery rates (OTD), schedule variance reduction, and data accuracy across our PMO toolstack.
