nResponsibilities

- n
- Conduct or review physical site surveys (predictive, passive, and active) for validation and optimization.n
- Lead RF planning activities including predictive modeling, spectrum analysis, and signal propagation assessments.n
- Define RF profiles and power/channel allocation strategies based on building characteristics, device density, and application requirements.n
- Analyze interference, attenuation factors, and client distribution to optimize coverage and performance.n
- Develop RF optimization guidelines for indoor, outdoor, high‐density, and mission‐critical environments.n
- Develop standardized SSID frameworks based on user groups, device types, and enterprise security policies.n
- Architect security models including:



802.1X with RADIUS/EAP for secure enterprise access, WPA3‐Enterprise/Personal, SAE, OWE.n
- Implement Guest Wi‐Fi models with captive portals, segmentation, and bandwidth/security controls.n
- Implement segmentation using VLANs, energetic policies, and role‐based access control.n
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.n
- Strong knowledge of Wi‐Fi 5/6/6E/7 standards, RF engineering, and wireless controller platforms (Cisco & Aruba).n
- Experience with security models (RADIUS/802.1X, certificates, PSK variants) and guest access solutions.n
- Skilled in wireless tooling (Ekahau) and interpreting survey heatmaps.n
- Understanding of mobility protocols and client behaviours across major multi-vendor environments.n
