We are looking for a Full-Time Telecaller / Appointment Setter / Pre-sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a great prospect for freshers or candidates at the beginning of their careers who have good communication skills and want to build a career in sales, client servicing, and business development.
You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, following up with prospects, and scheduling consultations with our design and sales team.
This is not a traditional hard-sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, learning about customer requirements, and helping potential clients take the next step.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be comfortable making outbound cold calls and proactively reaching out to new prospects. Introduce Spazay to clients and assess their viability.
- Should be comfortable handling a high-volume calling environment, typically 50–100+ outbound calls per day, depending on the lead pipeline and follow-up requirements.
- Support the team with other pre-sales, sales, marketing, and business development activities or projects as required.
- Understand clients' requirements, project details, timelines, and budgets.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements and project needs.
- Schedule consultations and meetings for the design/sales team.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead information, follow-ups, and appointment details in the CRM.
- Ensure assigned leads are followed up with regularly and no potential lead is missed.
- Build a positive relationship with prospects and provide a professional experience.
