Your Week

What You'll Do

n

n
- Cover an assigned area of Bengaluru — walk into businesses, meet owners, understand what they're struggling with
n
- Pitch the right fit: a website and marketing from Marvice, or Flow if their operations are the mess
n
- Run live demos of Flow — we'll train you fully on the product
n
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals
n
- Update the CRM the same day. Every meeting, every note
n
- Follow up on payments for the deals you close
n
- Hit your monthly target on revenue and new clients
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 0–3 years in sales.



Freshers with genuine hunger are welcome — we'll train the rest
n
- Willing to be out in the field three full days a week, meeting strangers
n
- English + Kannada , Hindi ,essential. Tamil, Telugu is a bonus
n
- Basic comfort with digital tools — you should be able to explain what a website or CRM does in plain language
n
- Two-wheeler with valid licence
n
- Presentable, organised, and able to work without someone watching you
n

Salary & Incentives

n

Component Detail Fixed ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience and interview)

n

Incentive — Marvice services : 3–6% of payment collected ( Based on target )

n

Incentive — Sell Flow by Infyst Global subscriptions : 4% –8% of first-year value

n

Travel allowance₹3,000 – ₹4,000/month

n

Realistic monthly earning ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 once you're ramped

n

Incentives are uncapped and paid on money collected, not invoices raised. Close well and follow up on payment, and your incentive can exceed your fixed salary.
