Senior Penetration Tester – Contract

We are seeking an experienced Senior Penetration Tester to join our cybersecurity team. This role is focused on hands-on penetration testing across web applications, networks, cloud environments, and on-premises infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is passionate about offensive security, enjoys identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities, and is committed to continuously developing their technical expertise. Key Responsibilities

· Perform hands-on penetration testing across networks, web applications, cloud environments, and infrastructure.

· Identify, validate, and exploit security vulnerabilities.

· Execute assigned testing procedures and conduct detailed technical analysis.

· Document findings, conclusions, and recommendations in high-quality technical reports.

· Develop client-facing project deliverables.

· Work directly with clients and respond to technical questions related to engagements.

· Collaborate with project teams throughout the engagement lifecycle.

· Manage assigned tasks across multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

· Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.

· Participate in project kick-off and closing meetings.





· Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

· Contribute to recruiting, training, practice development, and cybersecurity thought leadership initiatives.

- Stay current with emerging vulnerabilities, technologies, tools, and offensive security techniques.

Required Qualifications

· 3+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience.

· 1+ year of web application penetration testing experience.

· OSCP certification – Required.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

· Strong understanding of common operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.

· Proficiency in at least two scripting languages, such as:

· Python

· Bash

· JavaScript

· PowerShell

· Understanding of cloud computing concepts, technologies, and security considerations.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with technical teams and clients.

· Solid attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

· CRTO – Certified Red Team Operator

· Burp Suite Certified Practitioner

· Knowledge of PCI and FedRAMP programs.

· Experience with security research, CTFs, HackTheBox, HackerOne, or similar platforms.

· Contributions to cybersecurity blogs, GitHub repositories, presentations, webinars, or conference talks.

· Demonstrated passion for offensive security and vulnerability research.
