Role Description

The Sales Counselor role at Jet Set Jobs is a full time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will advise prospective candidates on German language programs, career pathways, and opportunities abroad.

Key responsibilities include providing information, understanding client needs, maintaining communication with prospective applicants,



and guiding them through the enrollment process.

The Sales

Counselor is expected to achieve sales targets and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and detailed program knowledge.

Qualifications
Solid skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Sales
Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and verbal communication
Proficiency in Organization Skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and scheduling efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and maintain a client-first mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Previous experience in sales or career counseling roles is preferred
Familiarity with language training programs or international career opportunities is a plus
