nJob Summary:
nWe are hiring a Technical Consultant with strong system configuration expertise to drive end-to-end setup and delivery of Workforce Management (Time & Attendance) solutions for enterprise clients. This role is primarily focused on hands-on system configuration, technical problem-solving, and ensuring robust solution deployment while working closely with functional consultants, project managers, and integration teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep product understanding, strong ownership, and the ability to independently manage system configuration lifecycle.

- Own end-to-end system configuration and setup across Workforce Management modulesn
- Configure Time & Attendance rules, pay policies,



schedules, absence rules, and workflowsn
- Translate business and functional requirements into system configurationsn
- Collaborate with Implementation Consultants and Project Managers on solution design and deliveryn
- Validate configuration through unit testing, integration testing, and UAT supportn
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and resolve system defects during implementationn
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activitiesn
- Ensure system readiness for go-live and support cutover and hypercare activitiesn
- Optimize configurations for performance, scalability, and compliancen
- Document configurations, design decisions, and reusable setup templatesn
- Continuously enhance configuration frameworks and accelerators for reusen
