nRole Purpose




nThe Regional Manager – Business Development will own the complete business performance and P&L; of the assigned North region, driving revenue growth, centre expansion, strategic partnerships, and overall profitability.
nKey Responsibilities

- Own the complete P&L; for the assigned regionn
- Drive revenue and enrolment growth across centresn
- Identify and execute opportunities for opening new centresn
- Build local partnerships and referral networks, with a strong focus on engaging Paediatricians n
- Drive centre profitability through cost optimisationn
- Monitor centre performance and take corrective actionsn
- Work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Clinical, and Operations teamsn
