About Serenity By SadhananSerenity By Sadhana is an interior design and architecture firm established in June 2022. What began as a one-person practice has grown into a collaborative team working across residential and commercial projects in Chennai.
nWe take up turnkey design and execution projects, creating thoughtful, functional and customised spaces. Our approach is hands-on, detail-driven and rooted in clear design thinking, with a strong focus on quality and craft.
The RolenWe’re looking for a Junior Architect / Interior Designer to join our studio and work closely with our design team across ongoing projects.
nYou’ll be involved in:

- n
- Concept development and space planningn
- Working drawings and detailingn
- 3D modelling and presentationsn
- Material research and selectionsn
- BOQs and project documentationn
- Client, consultant and contractor coordinationn
- Site visits and execution follow-upsn




- Ensuring design intent and quality are maintained on siten

nSince we handle both design and execution, you’ll get hands-on exposure to the entire process—from concept to site.
What we’re looking forn
- n
- Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / related fieldn
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUpn
- Photoshop knowledge; Revit is a plusn
- Understanding of materials, detailing and constructionn
- Valuable design and spatial sensen
- Strong attention to detailn
- Good communication and coordination skillsn
- Willingness to learn and take ownershipn
