Job Summary

As part of our expansion in Process Skids, Gas Odorization Systems, Green Hydrogen & Sustainability Solutions, we are seeking dynamic and motivated Engineers for the role of Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer to join our growing EPC team. This role offers the prospect to combine technical expertise with commercial acumen in a fast-scaling, sustainability-focused engineering company.

Key Responsibilities
Manage key accounts and develop new customer base to achieve business objectives.
Generate leads and business opportunities with existing and new customers through periodic visits.
Build robust relationships with Engineering Consultants.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry.
Apply solid techno-commercial skills and conduct competitor mapping.
Participate in tenders (ONGC / EPC / GAIL / IOCL / HPCL / BPCL / Industrial clients).
Coordinate with Engineering,



Procurement & Sales Support teams.
Evaluate risks and align commercial strategies.
Collect, analyze, and report marketing and research data for internal decision-making.
Represent the company in sales workshops, seminars, and industry events.
Travel across India and the SAARC region as required.

Key Skills Required
Strong understanding of Oil & Gas processes and equipment.
Ability to read P&ID;, GA drawings, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in MS Excel (costing models).
Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, and Hydrogen projects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Educational Qualification
BE in Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).

Experience
2–3 years in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Process Industry (preferred).
