We're Hiring: Marketing Management Trainee | flutrr | Kolkata

At flutrr, India's premier vernacular relationship platform, we're expanding our marketing team and looking for three sharp, execution-focused minds to join us as Marketing Managers, based out of our Kolkata office.

n

This is a rare prospect to work directly with founders and leadership, take complete ownership of marketing initiatives, and build something meaningful in a fast-growing, culturally rooted product space.

What you'll own:

n

n
- End-to-end campaign planning and execution across digital and performance marketing
n
- Leveraging generative AI and analytics tools to scale content, research, and customer segmentation
n
- Tracking funnel metrics and campaign ROI to drive data-backed decisions
n
- Working closely with product and leadership to sharpen brand positioning and messaging
n

What we're looking for:





n

n
- MBA/PGDM with a specialisation in Marketing — open to XLRI, IMI, FMS, other leading non-IIM B-schools, and Tier-2 IIMs
n
- 0–3 years of experience (2025–26 batches welcome, along with relevant early-career professionals)
n
- Comfort working with tools like Amplitude, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platforms
n
- A hands-on, ownership-driven attitude and genuine willingness to learn and grow fast
n

Candidates should be open to relocating to and working full-time from Kolkata.
