Overview
We are looking for Bengali Language Professionals to join our remote localization team and support Anime, Script Writing, Media & Entertainment projects.
The opportunities are:

Bengali Project Manager – Full-Time / Permanent
Bengali Localisation Expert – Contractual Position (6–7 months)

The ideal candidates should have strong Bengali and English language proficiency, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in creative and entertainment content localization.

Responsibilities
Translate and localize content between English and Bengali while maintaining context, tone, and intent
Work on Anime, Script Writing, and creative content
Perform linguistic QC, proofreading, and subtitle/SRT review where required
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to project guidelines
Coordinate with internal project and QC teams for timely delivery
Adapt content naturally for the Bengali-speaking audience
Manage assigned tasks effectively in a work from home environment

For the Project Manager role: coordinate resources, workflows, assignments, and project deliveries

Qualifications & Requirements
Professional-level Bengali proficiency
Strong command of English → Bengali
Experience in translation, localization, subtitling, script writing, or linguistic review
Strong understanding of language, context, tone, and cultural adaptation
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
High-speed internet connection
Own laptop required
Interest in Anime, storytelling, and creative content

Preferred




Experience with Anime or entertainment localization
Knowledge of SRT/subtitle workflows
Familiarity with localization or subtitle tools
Previous experience in project coordination or management for the Project Manager position
