ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Consultant with 5+ years of SAP HCM/S/4HANA Payroll experience and solid expertise in Concurrent Employment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure and support S/4HANA Concurrent Employment solutions.
Work on primary/secondary assignments, multiple PERNRs and Central Person relationships.
Configure and troubleshoot EC to S/4HANA replication using Point-to-Point and Compound Employee API.
Support payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll processing, tax, advantages and deductions.
Troubleshoot payroll, master data and integration issues.




Support Advantages, Time, Identity, Banking and third-party integrations.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents and test scripts.
Lead unit, integration, parallel, regression and UAT testing.
Support transports, deployment, change management and CCB activities.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Integration and Security teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS

SAP HCM Payroll, S/4HANA Payroll, Concurrent Employment, Employee Central, PERNR, Central Person, EC-S/4HANA Replication, Payroll Schema, Payroll Rules, Wage Types, Payroll Testing & Integration Troubleshooting.
