Required Skills
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst , preferably in data/analytics-driven projects.
Solid experience in SQL and data analysis.
Working knowledge of PySpark / Apache Spark and distributed data processing.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and methodologies .
Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses/data lakes.
Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Solid requirement gathering, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

AI/ML Knowledge The candidate should have a practical understanding of:
Supervised and unsupervised learning




Regression and classification
Clustering
Feature engineering and feature selection
Model training, validation, and evaluation
Metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, RMSE, and AUC
Basic NLP concepts
