Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive (Non-IT) with 3+ years of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills, interview coordination experience, and the ability to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.




Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
3+ years of experience in Non-IT Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment setting.

Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for Sales, Operations, HR, Accounts, Finance, Customer Support, and other Non-IT roles.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring pipelines.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
