Associate – HR (Talent Acquisition)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team. The primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, and negotiations.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.




Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Solid communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple positions in a quick-paced environment.
Experience in FinTech, NBFC, Banking, or startups is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
