About the Role

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, and GTM. You'll partner directly with hiring managers, build robust candidate pipelines, and run a world-class hiring process from kick-off to close.

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles — intake, sourcing, interviews, offer, and close
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines
Source top talent through platforms, referrals, and targeted outreach




Keep the ATS clean and up to date across every open requisition
Coordinate interviews across hiring teams and executives
Champion equitable hiring and a robust candidate experience at every stage

What You'll Need
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Hands-on with ATS systems and sourcing platforms
Proficiency with AI tools for hiring (sourcing copilots, AI-assisted screening/scheduling, Claude/ChatGPT for JDs and outreach) — a must, not a nice-to-have
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Working knowledge of labor law basics (contracts, leave, insurance)
SaaS/startup experience preferred
