Position: Telecaller / Patient Counsellor

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients regarding IVF and fertility treatment.
Counsel patients and couples about IVF procedures, consultations, and available treatment options.
Understand patient requirements, answer basic queries, and provide accurate information about the centre and consultation process.
Convince and motivate interested patients to visit the IVF centre for consultation with the doctor.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper patient communication.
Coordinate doctor calling/appointments and ensure timely follow-up with patients.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, appointments, and patient responses.
Build a skilled and empathetic relationship with patients while maintaining confidentiality.
Coordinate with the IVF/clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Candidate Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.




English communication preferred.
Smart, confident, presentable, and skilled personality.
Valuable interpersonal and counselling skills.
Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
Prior experience in telecalling, healthcare, hospital, IVF, fertility, patient counselling, or sales will be an advantage.
Candidates should be target-oriented and comfortable with regular follow-ups.
